Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Order Processing & Dispatch

We strive to get your gear moving as quickly as your plants grow.

  • Dispatch Time: All in-stock orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days.
  • Operating Hours: Our warehouse operates Monday through Friday, excluding [State] Public Holidays.
  • Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your delivery.

2. Shipping Rates & Methods

We partner with Australia Post and leading courier services (such as StarTrack and Aramex) to provide reliable delivery across the country.

  • Standard Shipping: Flat rate of $15 for orders under $199.
  • Free Shipping: Available for orders over $199 (Excludes oversized/bulky items and remote postcodes).
  • Express Shipping: Calculated at checkout based on your location and parcel weight.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

  • Metro Areas (Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane): 2–5 business days.
  • Adelaide, Perth, & Hobart: 5–9 business days.
  • Regional & Remote Areas: Please allow up to 12 business days for delivery.

4. Heavy & Oversized Items

Certain items, such as large hydroponic reservoirs, grow tents, or bulk growing media, are classified as Oversized.

  • Freight Quotes: Shipping for oversized items is calculated at checkout. In some cases, we may contact you with a specialized freight quote if you are in a remote area.
  • PO Boxes: We cannot ship oversized or bulky items to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers; a physical street address is required.

5. Discreet Packaging

We value your privacy. All orders are shipped in plain, unbranded packaging. There is no mention of "Hydroponics" or "Grow Shop" on the outside of the box, and the sender's name will appear as our registered business entity: [Insert Business Name].

6. Damaged or Lost Items

In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, we ensure your products arrive in working order.

  • Damages: If your item arrives damaged, please take photos and contact us at [Insert Email] within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Missing Parcels: If your tracking indicates "Delivered" but you haven't received it, please check your "Safe Drop" locations before contacting us.
